To get students involved and excited about problem-solving in maths, whether they are already adept at maths or need a little more encouragement, this week's freebie consists of a selection of problem-solving cards from our Problem-solving Strategies and Skills boxes. The cards cover the three strands of mathematics and promote appropriate problem-solving processes and strategies for maths learning. They can be used at any time, allowing for easy integration in daily lesson plans – they're certain to boost students' ability and understanding of essential mathematics skills.
