R.I.C.'s home market is Australia and titles are available through a wide network of Educational Bookstores in all states and territories.

In addition to Australia, R.I.C. actively markets its products in the following countries: South Africa, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Canada, Malaysia, USA, England and Ireland. R.I.C.'s products have been warmly received in all of these markets.

R.I.C. PUBLICATIONS was established by teachers who identified a need for a wider range of quality supplementary resources for Australian primary schools. History
R.I.C. was incorporated in 1986 with the primary aim of producing 'blackline masters' for the Australian Primary School market. Blackline masters are teaching resource books designed for teachers and schools that include the right for certain pages to be photocopied by the purchaser. Initially started as a part-time company, R.I.C. developed over the years to become Australia's leading publisher of blackline masters, with a reputation for providing practical and relevant resources for easy use in the classroom.
